We established The Permanent Solution in 1999, providing an executive search service for the recruitment industry, offerring a bespoke service assisting with recruitment at management level on a national basis. 

The 2 directors, Dawn Rooney and Sarah Andrews have both worked in the recruitment industry since the early 90's, for both specialist independant and multi-national high street recruiters.  We have worked as senior managers in the industry and are familiar with the shortage of skilled and experienced staff at management level and the business critical nature of appointments at this level. We are also familiar with the limitations of the ‘rec2rec’ industry for sourcing this need. Remaining hands on, doing all of the search and selection personally, we have been able to provide a service and understanding that we feel, until this point, had not existed within the market.
